Services
I work primarily as an arbitrator in complex commercial, construction, and intellectual-property disputes arising in the United States and internationally, and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I serve on the roster of arbitrators of the Commercial and Construction divisions of the American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Energy Disputes Arbitration Center, and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
In addition to my work as an arbitrator, I serve as a mediator in cases where the parties seek to resolve their disputes using a merits-based, neutral evaluation of the case. I aim to help the parties identify and realistically weigh the strengths and weaknesses of their respective positions. Where possible, I will assist the parties to identify creative business solutions that produce a favorable outcome for both sides.
I do not charge for travel expenses or accommodations when hearings are set in San Francisco or Houston.
