I work primarily as an arbitrator in complex commercial, construction, and intellectual-property disputes arising in the United States and internationally, and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  I serve on the roster of arbitrators of the Commercial and Construction divisions of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC). I am a member of the Arbitration Committee of the USCIB (the U.S. arm of the ICC), and I have experience with an array of other institutions and with ad hoc proceedings.  I handle arbitrations in English and Spanish.
